What we collect

When you request a demo, we collect your company or team name, role and mobile number, together with the source page, relevant product, language and submission time.

How the details are used

The details are used to process the request, understand your needs, contact you and notify the internal follow-up team through Feishu. Your phone number is not displayed on public pages.

Protection and retention

Requests are handled on the server. Sensitive details are stored encrypted and full phone numbers are excluded from logs. Request records are retained only as needed, for up to 90 days by default. The receiving team manages retention of Feishu messages.

Correction, opt-out or deletion

When our team contacts you, you can request correction, no further contact or deletion of the request. We will handle the request and internal notifications accordingly. The formal contact channel will be verified before the request channel opens.
